Hmmm...nothing new to report except that I didnt get the palpitations when 3 days after getting better from the flu.
But, my eating habits are way off.. I am now scared to get off the BPs..
I hope I can normalize that again in the coming days..

ooops! i havent had the chance to visit this for quite some time..
im 5'5. my structure is not that of a normal filipina, im mixed.
i dont know how much ive lost but i went down to size 8 from a 14.
but now, after a few months of careless eating, i think im back around to size 10-12.
im thinking of going back..but its recession, i am still debating if its wise to spend much on these BPs :D and for the meantime do the old fashioned diet and exercise

Sad to say that she died last year. Kidney failure is the reason. Will miss you :(

Hi Risque, sorry for the confusion. No, it's not you, it's my friend who used (abused) BPs. I used BPs before pero in-control ako.
