BP: Day 12: Observations

I dont want this to be a boring blog- what i ate, what i took, i dont feel hungry blah blah blah.. so Im going to write my observations as of today:

1. Clothes are starting to get looser and/or fit better. People noticed the weight loss.

2. Those orange pills (laxatives) really do work. In my case, it usually takes 10-14hrs.

3. Always have a water bottle and chapstick handy- you will be really thirsty with dry mouth, tongue, lips.. just dry, as if your saliva glands decided to boycott you.

4. Do take breakfast after 30mins-1hr of taking the morning set- or else you wont have the appetite to eat for the whole day, and that's not good isnt it?

5. Eat, even if you dont feel like it- Im sure you wont get down so much anyway. I've read how smart our metabolisms are so they might still be in conservation mode once you get off the BPs if you starved yourself.

6. Green pills- fat burners or valium?

hmmm... wat else?

guess that's it for now..
