I didnt plan on it though :p
The whole day went by just fine. No problems encountered as per taking the BPs
My sleep is getting better. I still wake up in the middle of the night but I can still can get my sleep back. So I think Im back to normal in this area.
My friend and I didnt plan on it, we wanted to shop for some veggies and before we knew it, our feet took us to the nearest Mcdonalds hehehe, we shared a large french fries and we had each a chocolate sundae. Then we shopped for veggies and fruits :D
After that over work out session, I didnt work out for 2 days. However tomorrow, I'll be joining this kick boxing class with my officemate at a popular gym. She has complimentary passes and invited me.
I so want to join the gym again. I was a member of a very expensive international gym club before (the name itself sounds expensive *hint*). But to no avail, I have not developed the discipline and the workout habits even after 3 yrs into it :( . Such a waste of money.
So I think, after that class tomorrow, I will want to join that gym. But knowing myself, I wouldnt be able to keep it up and Im going to waste my hard earned money. It would also be tiresome for me in terms of the commute going there and going home. So...I have to be wise and logical now.
Maybe I will join the gym some other time..when it wont be so much of a stress- in my pocket and in my safety..
