Yesterday night's recap:
So I left the office without eating and went home. Travel time is usually 30 mins. On the way home I was feeling hungry and I saw mcdonalds. I love Mcdonalds!! But I was surprised to find myself arguing with myself-- "no u shouldnt eat mcdonalds its too fattening! unhealthy food!" Then "no, u have to eat now! if u eat later then it would be too late all you'll do is eat and sleep", "ok..but no, Im not that hungry", " stupid! just eat! lay off the mayo and stuff! the calories from that meal will probably top up the 1200 calories u need in a day anyway."
A conversation like that was going on in my head and then I just went in and bought spicy chicken fillet sandwhich meal (w reg fries and OJ). I slowly ate it, still thinking that it would made me fat. But I felt full after finishing half of it. What shall I do with it? Throw it?! Hell no! I earned every penny for that meal and I shouldnt waste it. I looked for a street beggar who wouldnt mind sharing it with me. But there was none. So i took it home to finish it off.
Usually I feel satisfied w every mcdo meal. I love it! But last night I just felt so full that I felt sick and wanted to throw up. I walked around the house and I almost said--" never again!" but I stopped myself, i dont want to take those words back in the future! hehehe..
I wasnt sleepy like I was on the first day. I was hmmm ok.. took the orange pills and yellow pill and slept at 9pm
Day 3
2:00am- I woke up. Not because Im thirsty, hungry or that I had to pee. I just woke up. I had a good 5 hour uninterrupted, dreamless, deep sleep. Sooo good, but I wish it could have lasted until 5 in the morning. I was wide awake so I decided to write.
5:00am- Im done with my writting and thought, maybe I could snatch 1 hr of sleep before I exercise. But when I was about to get my sleep, I heard this loud--- toooooot! tooooot! toooot!
I was like "what the eff?!" I looked out my window, nothing. And then, tooooot! tooooot!! toooot!. I went to the living room and checked out the window. There was this long tractor which levels the asphalt on the construction going on in front of our building. Everytime he backs up, the tractor makes that sound. It was soooo annoying!!! Soon there will be another construction beside our bldg. Peace and quiet?? duh!
So much for getting my 10 minute power nap!! :(( tooooot! tooooot!toooot!
I wasnt as thirsty as yesterday. Normal thirst.
6:30am- workout, fat burning cardio+ab sculpt (55mins). It was so good, I was sweating and panting, but it still is a good feeling. I was tempted to do the last minute abs but i was running out of time
7:25am- prepared packed food. I was rushing like I was in a marathon. scrambled my eggs, greased the pan, placed it, packed 2 slicees of brown bread, opened up those red tender juicy hotdogs (no brand dropping here :) ), cut it, placed it in the pan placed both in a container, then in paper bag, took my water melon juice and placed it on the counter. Took a bath. whew!
8:00am- took the morning pills, can still hear that toooot!toooot!toooot!
8:30am- at work, didnt take the stairs, I was late already.
8:45am- breakfast- 2 slices of brown bread, scrambled eggs, 3 hotdogs, catsup, water
9:37am- no palpitation, no dizziness, nothing. Im feeling ok. deym! i almost forgot those omega 3's again!!
10:18am- feeling those orange pills working again..
3:57pm- those orange pills work! urgh! Havent had lunch yet, just got back from a mtg outside and its too hot!!
5:58pm- Im making the most common mistake. still no lunch :(( too busy. I even almost missed to take the green pills
6:30pm- went home. A little hungry.
7:30pm- ate a fish fillet, a few lettuce, 2 pcs chocolate fudge cookies a small pack of cheetos. So much for a diet huh? This is what u get for not eating- cravings!
But, hmmm no dizziness, palpitations, tense tongue, sleepiness for the whole day. Slept around 10:30am
