BP Day 1: Dendendendennnn..

BP INTAKE DOCUMENTARY


Ok so this is the first day of me taking the notoriously known pill- Bangkok pills. Let me give you a daily rundown as to what I took, did, and felt for an entire day and until the day I get down to my ideal size.


5:00am- woke up with the alarm, Im so sleepy didnt want to get up


5:30am.- second alarm, but still didnt want to get up, I told myself if I fall asleep then I wouldnt cook my meal and just workout at 6am, munch on Kellogs special K cereal and milk before i leave and buy some food later for lunch.


5:45am- argh! cant sleep. woke up and cooked.

6:15am- started with my 2nd week (day 1) of hiphop abs (fat burning cardio 1 + last minute abs) plus 2nd wk with the "jiggle proof your arms" workout (2 sets of 15ea with 2kg dumbells) at http://www.self.com/


7:30am- packed my breakfast to be eaten at the office- 1cup of chicken fried rice (from Spinneys! and im not buying a rice cooker so i cant have rice daily!) + beef strips; and also my lunch- 1 cup of lettuce, beef strips, and a banana (brought extra banana for snack and an apple just in case)


8:00am- took the BP:

1 blue & white capsule- appetite supressant
2 violet tablets- fat burners
1 white tablet- mild relaxant


8:30am - got to the office, took 4 flights of stairs (as usual, I do this every day for 2 months already, around 80-88 steps) panting a little, but it was normal.



8:40am- finished my breakfast. Ive noticed that im not really that ravenous (like I usually am after a workout in the morning) to the point that i rush with what im eating. it was like yeah, ok, im eating..chomp!


2wks ago, I told myself to always take a huge breakfast no matter what. I noticed that for the rest of the day, you dont feel hungry as much and cravings are at a minimum. Followed by a light lunch(veggies, meat & a fruit), fruit snack (not the fruit cups, as in real fresh fruit), then even a lighter dinner (1 fruit, or 1 glass of fresh fruit juice, or 1 tall glass of milk)


NO PALPITATION (as what these pills are known for)!! however, I felt kinda groggy, like the way i feel when I take my asthma meds, somewhat slow movement (or is it just me?). then I feel my hands are quite cold, but its 19.5deg temperature in the office and Im just sitting.

THIRSTY! well nothing new to me. I LIKE to drink water.my friends call me a camel, my boss describes me as his only assistant who drinks "tons" of water. so its not a big deal for me.

9:10am- still no palpitation, dizzines, agitation or whatever. just normal. hands are still cold so I adjusted the AC. its like a fridge here!!!!


9:54am- now im feeling the INCREASE IN HEARTBEAT (90 beats per minute)...but nothing unmanageable... should have I taken the white pill after I felt this? instructions were to take the 3 pills in the morning. or maybe im just irritated with my boss?!! hmpf!! sarap sakalin!!


10:17am-feeling a little something. I dont know how to describe it. Its like an increased sensation in my left side (neck, ear, head). Is it from the workout or the meds?


10:35am- a little better


10:53am- wow! i found myself saying no to Lays?!! Me??? not because im telling myself I shouldnt eat it, but I just felt like not having it. No appetite for it.


11:21am- is this a happy drug!?!?! gosh! im such in a good mood today.. or maybe because ive been working out for 2 wks now and endorphins really do make you happy?! :P

11:27am- had a mint. hope this is ok


12:25pm- not hungry. its been almost 4hrs since my breakfast and i dont feel hungry.

1:00pm- still not hungry. i should eat! skipping a meal is never good. but i really feel my stomach is not up for it..maybe in a little while.


1:40pm-still not up for eating. just like the zhen de zhou tablets,really makes u lose ur appetite..but! i will eat at 2pm, even if I dont finish it..


2:15pm- lunch is done- a cup of lettuce and few strips of bistek. what a chore! i didnt even eat my fruit.

3:45pm- deym! I forgot to drink my omega 3 capsule!! again!..ok, just took it.

5:00pm- took 2 green pills- fat burners

5:30pm- no weird feeling after the green pills.. Im feeling hungry?

6:30pm- Im off.

for dinner, I'll just have a tall glass of Florida's pineapple orange natural juice or an apple.

Before I sleep, Im supposed to take:

2pcs orange tablets- Body Cleansers/laxative
1pc yellow tablet- sleep aid

Updates again tomorrow.
