nothing much to report.
I didnt work out for two days but I was very busy these past two days. I was out of the house on both days. Went to the mall and had a huge breakfast- scrambled eggs, steamed chicken and beef sausage, 2 small bread, and half a hash brown + water. For lunch I just had a tall bottle of freshly squeezed orange juice and for dinner I made this cream and corn soup with egg and 2 pcs of bisquits.
The next day I was also out. I went to eat on an Asian buffet with a friend and had a good meal, not so healthy though. I noticed that I dont eat as much as I used to. then we walked around the mall to get the food down, had a fresh watermelon juice and watched Hancock. It was good :) I didnt even feel like eating the popcorn and I didnt eat it, just had water. For dinner..I had the remaining soup I had the other night and slept.
